1. Quotation issued by Wild Dog Guest Lodge in connection with accommodation bookings to a client shall be in writing and shall be in the currency of South African Rand. Acceptance of any quotation by a client shall be in writing via return email to [email protected]. Quotations will be valid for 24 hours from the quotation released date.
2. Full deposit (50%) will be required within 24 hours to reserve your booking with us. The remaining (50%) payment will be required 14 days prior to arrival. Full booking amount (100%) will be required if the reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
3. Cancellation Exceptions:
3.1 Grace Period - No fees charged for bookings canceled within 4 hours of booking.
3.2 Advance Cancellation - No fees charged for bookings cancelled 8 weeks prior arrival.
4. Same day and one night stay bookings will require full payment upfront for a confirmed reservation.
5. All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected].
Days prior to arrival: 0 - 14 days - 100% of total booking will be retained
Days prior to arrival: 15 - 45 days - 50% of total booking will be retained
Days prior to arrival: 46 and more - 0% of total booking will be retained
Full deposit will be refunded in case of death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit the booking, reservation was made. In this case a detailed email notification with relevant certificate must be sent to [email protected].

-- Room sharing and child policy (child ~ aged below 12 years) --
• Sable & Nyala Cottage •
1. The Sable & Nyala Cottage can accommodate 2 adults only. An Infant (0-2 years) can be added at an additional R400 if utilising a camp cot for which bedding will be provided.
• Shawu Luxury Villa •
2. The Shawu Luxury Villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child (3 -11 years) sharing in two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also consists of a double bed sleeper couch for the 1 child. An Infant (0-2 years) can be added at an additional R400 if utilising a camp cot for which bedding will be provided. Maximum of 2 children in the 0 - 2 year category can be accommodated in this unit.
• Dzombo Luxury Villa •
3. The Dzombo Luxury Villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests sharing in two bedrooms. An Infant (0-2 years) can be added at an additional R400 if utilising a camp cot for which bedding will be provided. Maximum of 2 children in the 0 - 2 year category can be accommodated in this unit.

1. Self Catering accommodation on a sharing basis with unit facilities
2. Breakfast will be included for guests who book the bed and breakfast option
3. Tea, coffee and water station with Nespresso coffee machine and pods
4.Hi-Speed Wifi
5. Daily room cleaning service, times will be arranged with guest upon check-in (exclude Sundays and Public Holidays)
6. The following welcome items will be provided to each guest on their arrival date only: Juices, waters, milk and chocolates on the bed.
